cycles

i expanded expanded a little more

i fell and fell deeper, down on the floor

and roots where growing out of my feet

oh my heart was a buzzing sprouting seed

in spring, i woke up

my hands on my eyes

i couldn’t see

but felt i rise.

and summer came

with all it’s drunken rhymes

from fruit and flowers, bees and wine

oh summer came and passed again

i witnessed how he went away

and saw me wither slowly as well.

my leaves were red, my vessels closed

dreaming from a red red rose

but snow lay on my cloudy arms

lay down like it would like to warm

my cold breath

and my fear to freeze

my cold breath

and my need to sleep

i fell into this warming snow

i fell onto the frozen floor

i cried for hours, head in hands

till around me i saw a little lake

i expanded expanded a little more

i fell and fell deeper, down on the floor

and roots where growing out of my feet

oh my heart was a buzzing sprouting seed.

i believe that the children the visions and art come from the same place they come through the heart. through that we can carry them those creatures those souls. as mamas and midwifes and fertilize soil. my music: https://youtube.com/@emiliatapli

  1. Oh… Wie soll ich es in Worte fassen! Meine Augen sind über die Zeilen geflogen (nicht überfliegend, sondern fließend). So wunderschöne Reime oder auch keine – danke dafür und bitte schreib weiter 🙂
